At unthreadedproject, we take pride in the quality of our garments and our limited, curated drops. All sales are final.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong sizing, or personal preference. Please double-check all product descriptions, sizes, and fit information before placing your order.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under UK consumer protection law.

To request a resolution:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at unthreadedproject@gmail.com

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

  3. We will assess your case and offer a suitable resolution (refund, replacement, or credit).

Items reported outside the 7-day window may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Refunds (if approved)

  • Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping for Faulty Items

  • If we request the return of a faulty item, we will provide shipping instructions and cover the postage cost.


Final Sale Items

All items are sold as final sale unless damaged or defective on arrival.
